The "little" bone changes u see on test are that of soft tissue changes, why dont u search up "people coming off gear" on google and see how they look, skinny fucking victims because they loose all the bulkiness in their face from atrophied face muscles, and less intramusclular glycogen and water.

Mate ur miscontruing what people are saying we arent saying ur so bad that u need surgery. We are saying that for everyone surgery is the only option, because experienced users like me have actually tried everything and know that its the only thing that works.
