What kind of shoe lifts

What shoe lifts do you guys use, does it even matter which ones you get? I already have some but it feels like they like sink in over time. Thought about getting these in the pic, says up to 7.5cm

Most shoes barely fit 1 inches + pressed = 1 cm height boost jfl

my friend SAID he noticed a good height difference when I was wearing mine. I don't think the material presses that much at all.

I tried with 1 inch lifts and no lifts, real diff is 1 cm (half inch) on the meter

I wear these exact ones the 2.5 I believe, I throw them in my AF1s they don’t help much but mandatory for short kings

There's a foam and plastic version I think, which one did you get?

It’s like a rubbery plastic, it’s got that same red air thing in the back

they will get compressed with use just replacxe with a new one when that happens
