Why would u ever get a buzz cut bro? You're forehead acne is quite bad, so its best to cover that up with a fringe of some sort. You need to grow it out, the sides don't really matter but you could get a fade if you want.

If you are trying to find ways to make your hair grow faster, buy caffeine shampoo and use biotin and peppermint oil, ur hair will grow fast

Your temples are very wide compared to your lower third, so keep your sides extremely short and faded. This will also take away the issue of your hair sticking out.

Grow your top out a few inches and see how it looks.
