MTN, with age you should be able to get some hollow cheeks as you lose some baby fat.

Eye shape isn't great but the color and eyebrows makes up for it, the problem is upper eyelid exposure, but fixing it is risky

The main thing I would consider is eventually getting alarplasty, your mouth is narrow and its quite difficult to fix this surgically, so next best thing is getting your nose width to fit your face and mouth better

Chin projection could be better but it's not a big failo
