What level of hacking skill does it take to get into the FBI database or Google?

Just wondering what the fuck it takes to get into something as heavily protected as the FBI or Google? How the hell are there servers so well protected.

From my research ive figured the FBI buys their servers from Amazon, so I'll have to figure out what's their trick.

For Google tho it seems literally impossible. They are the biggest data company in the WORLD.
