What Linux distro to install?

I'm coming from Windows and would like to install a distro that won't send my data to Israel under any condition, which means no data collection whatsoever because the FBI glowniggers can still access my data if they store anything, required by (((((law))))). Though I would still like to install Steam and such. Please & thank you.
