What looks level is necessary to approach girls during daytime without being deemed creepy/annoying ?

I am not talking about being a giga IG chad like Tyler Maher which will make any girl forget about their boyfriend and be either very receptive to your approach (giggling; touching you; giving her number;kissing you after a couple of minutes;…) or very intimidated by your looks. That genetic level is out of reach for me.

I am trying to reach a level in which you can approach a girl without being creepy/annoying to her. She might or might not be interested but she would be willing to talk to you and feel good about you approaching her. What looks level is necessary for that ? Please post pics of guys as example.
