What looks level would someone with autism and global developmental delay need to be to compensate?

Obviously high tier hormones can do fine with shyness or even social anxiety provided that they're tall but how much would someone need to compensate with their looks to do fine with global developmental delay and autism. I never really believed in mentalceldom unless severe cases ofc.
