Tanning: causes long term damage

These things sacrifice long term looks for short term results. Any other things I am forgetting?

I’ve used MT2 extensively and you do need to do some minimal sunbed use to get the desired results. The carrot thing is nonsense and a meme, I’ve tried that too.

In fact caretonoid tan is more attractive than regular tan due to high health market signals.

I wanted to get my fillers there too lol, is that the cost per eye or is that for both eyes? I mean I am more set on a fat graft though nowadays but will probably get fillers first to see how the extra volume looks before going permanent.

To remove dark circles or restore upper eyes? If your referring to that it only works if its down to skin pigmentation really , can see little improvement for hollows as it boosts collagen but no where near as good as fillers or fat graft.

Also fillers virtually never migrate from this area and especially with Joshua as he uses max 1 ml a session.
Also volume used in this area is low so migration wouldn’t even look terrible if it did happen.

The main concern is that if I have filler there, I know surgeons (Pagnoni for sure and he’s one of the only surgeons that offer supras) will refuse to install a supraorbital implant on an area that has previously been filled, even if the filler has been dissolved.

I would have to be very certain of the effectiveness because essentially if I am not happy with the result then I have no other solution.

What I can tell you is , which most users simply just don’t believe me as they think I’m following ridiculous TikTok theories, is that training your orbicularis can fix your scleral show, actual eye shape so your PFL ratio has nothing to do with the orbital bones and the same applies to scleral show ,

look at moggers like zurzolo with great orbital bones and maxillary development yet they somehow have scleral show , it’s down to the muscles in the eyes , you can see this also when patients are given Botox to atrophy there orbicularis muscle , suddenly there eyes gain a higher PFH and more scleral show.

Sorry for the rant but I think these two thing will make your eye area mogger

I perma squinted , and started eye squinching passively to minimise UEE for times when I would look downwards for example so got a lot of hypertrophy to the muscle.
It makes your lower lid super straight, which I think is why somerhalder always looks like he is perma squinting when he is not jfl, as I have a similar issue.
But regardless even if I am subconsciously perma squinting my eye shape and scleral show change is DRASTIC.

Yeah I’m aware that fat grafting over infras is almost certainly required. My main problem may be even having enough fat to transfer…

Fillers seem to be very effective in the UEE area in terms of longevity.

I’m unsure about fat graft in under eye area on someone of my advanced age, it is likely to start sagging whereas “bone” from implants can not. A facelift will still be in the cards eventually of course.

Individual supra implants are supposedly a bit better for avoiding nerve damage by being installed through eyelid incisions rather than coronal.
