I’m thinking about:

Steroids: ages you, causes health damage
Fillers: causes long term bloating
Skin laser: causes long term damage
Tanning: causes long term damage

These things sacrifice long term looks for short term results. Any other things I am forgetting?

Depends what steroids and you can counterattack steroid side effects esp aging with dutasteride, finasteride, accutane

As I anticipated, UEE fillers with Dr Joshua London have already been raised to £650 :feelskek:

True, I am more thinking about heavy blasting of things like Tren.

Probably just the beginning as well. That’s something I’m putting off until after surgery as well due to the sheer cost of it.

Forget fillers. They migrate and never truly dissolve. They will fuck your face up in long term.
Steroids: maybe only short term SARM cycles.
You don't need tanning if you use MT2 and eat carrots every day. That's how you get med skin tone without the sun damage.

I’ve used MT2 extensively and you do need to do some minimal sunbed use to get the desired results. The carrot thing is nonsense and a meme, I’ve tried that too.

Why tan when you can hop on MT2 or does lypocene and astaxanthin ?

I wanted to get my fillers there too lol, is that the cost per eye or is that for both eyes? I mean I am more set on a fat graft though nowadays but will probably get fillers first to see how the extra volume looks before going permanent.

If it’s per eye then :feelswhy:

Whats wrong with skin lasering?

To remove dark circles or restore upper eyes? If your referring to that it only works if its down to skin pigmentation really , can see little improvement for hollows as it boosts collagen but no where near as good as fillers or fat graft.

I have spoke with Joshua,
He said it’s for both so no roping.

£625 is nothing compared to surgery , they last around on average 18 months in this area too so there legit even less if you think about it in terms of a money : time ratio.

Obviously as you get more fillers they last longer and longer and you get some permanent volume that will stay unless dissolved.

Also fillers virtually never migrate from this area and especially with Joshua as he uses max 1 ml a session.
Also volume used in this area is low so migration wouldn’t even look terrible if it did happen.

I’ve seen your eye area , if you got 2 sessions with him (which he says he does up to 3) and Botox with him for lower brows , this would be approx £1500, you would have limited to zero UEE. And the fillers would last around 3 years according to him.

Thanks for the info.

The main concern is that if I have filler there, I know surgeons (Pagnoni for sure and he’s one of the only surgeons that offer supras) will refuse to install a supraorbital implant on an area that has previously been filled, even if the filler has been dissolved.

I would have to be very certain of the effectiveness because essentially if I am not happy with the result then I have no other solution.

Might book a consult with Joshua one time I am in London.

hmm interesting ,

Why would they deny your implants from fillers when they can be entirely dissolved?

But yeah if your not sure by all means don’t take the risk, you could maybe consult pagoni I’ve heard he’s a great guy I’m sure he’ll answer your questions.

But i think you would need Botox and fillers and your UEE would be ideal.
Honestly you have great colouring from what I remember , green eyes with really white sclera and wide PFL, your scleral show and UEE is the let down,

What I can tell you is , which most users simply just don’t believe me as they think I’m following ridiculous TikTok theories, is that training your orbicularis can fix your scleral show, actual eye shape so your PFL ratio has nothing to do with the orbital bones and the same applies to scleral show ,

look at moggers like zurzolo with great orbital bones and maxillary development yet they somehow have scleral show , it’s down to the muscles in the eyes 👀, you can see this also when patients are given Botox to atrophy there orbicularis muscle , suddenly there eyes gain a higher PFH and more scleral show.

Sorry for the rant but I think these two thing will make your eye area mogger 😍

Based on these pictures you might be right about the UEE. I do suspect supra orbital implants are over doing it and wlll cause unwanted brow ridge projection.

I’d agree that the scleral show is caused by muscle laxity rather than an orbital problem - it’s obvious I can eliminate it just by activating the muscles (squinching as they used to call it). And this training to improve the muscle tone should be possible.

On the other hand I do NEED bimax, at which point infraorbital implants are relatively cheap and trivially easy to place in the same surgery. Considering my low set, poorly projected cheekbones and under eye hollows I think saddled infras are a suitable choice for me, even if they don’t solve the scleral show issue on their own.

Supra implants are a waste ,

Fillers and fat mog here, and Botox in some cases,
I would go for fillers personally as there is virtually no risk and they last ages.

I would agree with you about infras,
However I would get fat grafts ; if you are going for bimax by all means get the implants the placement is easy, if not fat grafts all the way, way cheaper lower risk of botchery, not guaranteed nerve damage ; more natural etc.

Supra implants are stupid as fuck , you will get nerve damage and they are quite risky with a risk for botchery.

and yes about the scleral show ,

I had the same problem
I perma squinted , and started eye squinching passively to minimise UEE for times when I would look downwards for example so got a lot of hypertrophy to the muscle.
It makes your lower lid super straight, which I think is why somerhalder always looks like he is perma squinting when he is not jfl, as I have a similar issue.
But regardless even if I am subconsciously perma squinting my eye shape and scleral show change is DRASTIC.

Yeah I’m aware that fat grafting over infras is almost certainly required. My main problem may be even having enough fat to transfer…

Fillers seem to be very effective in the UEE area in terms of longevity.

I’m unsure about fat graft in under eye area on someone of my advanced age, it is likely to start sagging whereas “bone” from implants can not. A facelift will still be in the cards eventually of course.

Individual supra implants are supposedly a bit better for avoiding nerve damage by being installed through eyelid incisions rather than coronal.

Only problem with these methods is the wrinkles, I perma frowned to reduce UEE and ended up with forehead lines.

31, hit it long ago but I’ll pull an Amnesia or die trying.

Why do you roid so hard? Nothing more than 500 test and var is needed for aesthetics bro

Different people get different results. I was not aesthetic on 500 test and 25 var. I was sort of aesthetic on 400 tren 250 test. Now I’m just cruising on 250 test and I’m a fat weak sack of shit.

Perma squinting changed your eye shape?
