What would be the top 10 best method for improving the face.

Excluding surgeries.

1. Leanmaxxing
2. Tretinoin
3. Skincare routine in general. Daily cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen usage
4. Safe skin tanning with carotenoids. Astaxanthin + lycopene + beta carotene
5. If you are white(passing) and at least HTN, then colored contact lenses. From brown to blue of course.
6. Debloating. There is a great thread about this in BotB with 40 methods mentioned in it.
7. Teeth whitening and fixing crooked teeth with braces
8. Eyebrowmaxxing with minoxidil
9. Volufiline for better lips, naso folds and undereye area if you need any improvement in any of these areas.
10. Mole removing surgery. I know I said surgeries excluded, but this is nothing compared to real surgeries, it costs $200, takes half an hour and recovery is so quick. If you have any moles on your face or neck, remove it pls.
11. Cortisol lowering through many-many ways. Because women can subconsciously detect high or low cortisol levels and find lower cortisol more attractive. (Cortisol is the stress hormone.)
12. Checking scientific studies and taking supplements accordingly. A few of what actually work to make your skin better or make you age slower: Collagen peptide, glycine, NAC, hyaluronic acid, finasteride/dutasteride. There are a lot more ofc.
