I think you shouldn't. Aromasin is enough in increasing testosterone and decreasing estrogen. I would use 12,5 e2d, since it's working well for me and well-tolerated. But it's not cheap though, as well as high-quality mk 677. You'll need money to provide ur brother with all this. Also control blood sugar levels if you use anything that raisees GH, you may use metformin
But if you have possibility you should check his hormonal levels before and after hopping on aromasin. If his LH and FSH are too high, there is a possibility that he might lose sensivity of androgen receptors so he might get some problems with testosterone. That's why you shouldn't get them too high
