I used to go to the gym every day, do good skincare, eat a perfect diet (with counting every single macro AND micro to the miligrams), cardio and be hyper-fixiated on hygiene and self improvement.

I don't know what to do at this point, it's like my entire body isn't listening to what i need to do.
I'll actually try to start everything in 5 days (i get my monthly paycheck then) because now i don't have the money to start a good diet.
