Currently about to finish 10 weeks on 300 tet and about to start another 10 weeks on 300 test + 150 eq.

Tbh i dont look as good atm as the 3rd photo which was around 2 weeks ago my hairs shorter and i have very minor acne. Im thinking of cutting my lips because my mouth and nose ratio is completely fucked and my nose is massive, mainly because of swelling from sinuses , yes ive been on accutane yes ive used hydrocortisone.

Weight : 90kg
Bodyfat : 17% +

Please suggest some methods that could possibly slim my nose or other methods that could make me look better.
