This is the only I mean ONLY guide on this damn place that helped me alot..
-Brush ur tongue...biggest culprit
-Brush ur full mouth even behind teeth, like ur gonna see a mouth inspector
-Brush with powerful toothpaste for 2 mins min
-Brush twice in the morning and twice in evening if it's bad
-rinse after EVERY meal/drink
-floss
-go see dentist for rotten

ur probably trolling at 6'1, htn face and good jaw from neck curls...btw neck curls make u cheek hollow (best non-cope for jaw, fuck the rest...neck curls to the end) You get a defined jaw and hollow cheeks by doing them

idk what you consider 'water' so ill list the ones that are rational

haircut
haircare
perm/dye
some skincare, accutane mostly (that sh really works)
eyebrow dye, shaping + minoxidil (oral better)
latisse for lashes but be careful with sides
eyelash dying if needed
eyelash curling
basic hygiene (showering, deodorant, perfume, shaving, nailcare, clean clothes etc)
lip balm against chapped lips
tanning if cumskin and it suits you, beta carotene astaxanthin etc work too, just really small changes
cutting bf, exercising, neck too if youre a neckcel like me, both gym and cardio optimally
teeth: brushing, flossing, oilpulling, teeth whitening (not the cope methods tho)
good amount of sleep
diet, basically the base of everything
small amounts of makeup, concealer, eyebrow pencil, waterline pencil, etc
mewing doesnt hurt, helps with hyoid area temporarily
other things that personally make you feel better/happier, how you feel influences how you look
trying out debloating methods can help too, but personally being healthy is the things that worked for me the best
style tips, experiencing what style makes you look the tallest, that all that matters basically
roids too, but be rly careful, if you r mtn at least then you should be better off without them

notice how i didnt mention any obscure methods that are only uttered in the depths of psl forums? cause most of them are cope, or have really unnoticable results
there isnt any hidden looksmax that will make you look better by a noticable margin, so dont wait for a crazy ascension, cause it will never happen most likely, depending on your failos

Nigguh I don't set an alarm on purpose I can't help but wake up early at times

Usually it's 7 hours

That was me. What helped me most was making sure I never take any naps, not ever. If i'm tired I go to the gym. Also not lying down except when it's time to go to bed. Lying down also fucks up my sleep schedule, even if it's just laying out in the sun.

The other thing, always go to bed and wake up at the same time. I use to think if I'm very tired it's ok to go to bed early. But really this fucks up your sleep schedule just as much as going to bed late. Stay awake, until it's your bed time then go to sleep.

If you need more sleep you can increase the size of your sleep window.

Wake up with an alarm everyday, at the same time, weekends, everyday no matter what.

Make sure you're eating clean because sleep is a biological process that requires many micronutrients.

All the other advice you've surely heard online already.

90% chance ur won't grow...maybe an inch is possible, tight but possible...just be jump like 1hr a day with breaks after 15min, stretch hard for 30mis, sleep alot, raw milk, roids, sprints and banded sleeping...could grow if ur forcing ur body to 101%
