Valid points but I don't agree with the gym. It's definitely not a cope if one has a decent frame and body to fill out. Natty limit is enough though in most cases so one has to be careful not to go overboard and look like a typical meathead roidcel.

Regarding supplements, most are cope indeed. Only legit ones are maybe vit D and calcium, the rest should be consumed from rich diet.

Debloating makes sense when the face is too puffy with excess sodium and water. Sometimes it's wise to use diuretics in moderation as it produces significant results if one is prone to bloating.
