Stop doing 15 reps I've seen no growth from that shit in months.
Switch to 10-11 reps. Add weight until you can only do that.
Also do like 7-8 sets, and the last 2 being drop sets with 3 different weights ( for example mine rn is 13kg - 10kg - 7.5kg - 5kg)
my shoulders burn with this workout and I went from being stuck at 53cm bidel for months to 55cm in like 1 month and a half.
finna walk with 60 bidel by summer
