Everyone called me fat and I spent too much time online

I spent too much time on devices and sports were starting my senior year and my dad was educated on bp and told me to lock in when I came back from Thanksgiving break. He was pretty much saying if I don't start improving now I will never get the chance again and It'll genuinely be over for me and called me sub 5.
