what makes a person look intimadating/dark triad

after rewatching the night stalker and different ted bundy tapes, i noticed that they dont look like the average person, the reason ramirez got chought was bc of his striking appearence, that simply doesnt happen to a normal person. Im just wondering what difference do they have towards a normal face

even elias and dahmer have a same scary-ish look

actually what these 4 all have in common is dark/weird/predominant eyebrows so that might also be another factor
