i would say it's gymcelish if it looks out of place with the rest of your body

you will just look fit and athletic if you do full body program like starting strength and do accessories targeting traps, neck, shoulders, etc

this guy doesn't scream gymcel, he screams alpha, even though consciously you can tell he blasted gear and spent a ton of time training:
