what makes bad canthal tilt acceptable in some cases?

obviously most people look horrible with nct but there are also some exceptions where people like Timothy chalamet (although he doesnt have much PSL and has celebrity halo) and Ian Sommerhalder still look very good despite having a bad canthal tilt. are there some features that can somewhat cancel out / harmonize well with a bad canthal tilt? would like to know what u guys have to say about this. eg ive heard some people on this forum say that positively tilted eyebrow drastically reduce how much of a failo nct is. is this true?

is a slight positive tilt to the eyebrows enough or do they need an extreme tilt like Ian sommerhalders? for example my canthal tilt are 2 degrees and 5 degrees (depends on the eye) and my eyebrow tilt is 6 degrees.
