Is it the under eye? U can see he got dark eye circles, looks dead inside, maybe not enough white scelera? I dont see any major flaws but his eyes look like utter dog shit tf

If no surgery then volufilline under eye area and there's some minor laser thing Koreans do for their under eye area, ditch glasses, drops to have more whitening area, those eyelid pull to reduce uee
