it's a blessing now @38.
Because I look late 20's at worse.
So what was a burden all muh life, is now a good thing.

Because due to aging, happens fat-pads Shrinkage and so on. But that's okay when it was to much babyfat in the past.
Obviously other dudes muh age, that didn't have that; now get skin quality raped and game over for SMV

I would not remove buccal fat if I was you.
All you can do, is get lean (low bf%) significant.
