I have it because my masseters are big and my gonions are flared but it's not very noticeable. My mandible is straight but the large masseters create a dip that simulates the antegonial notch effect. In other people it could be from downward growth or it could just be the natural shape of the mandible due to genetics/testosterone. This guy has a very distinct notch because he has a combination of both bone shape and large masseters.
