Well I agree very much that they should treat women better. But what you said doesn't really explain why they are ugly on average, you just talked about their culture of not caring about the public space and lack of ethics inside society.

Like the subhuman slaves, they are they have a physiology based on thousands of years of starvation, hence their short stature and their pudgy bellies. They have incredibly high rates of inbreeding.
