What makes Korean and Japanese women have such perfect skin?
Perhaps it could be the high consumption of fish and omega-3.
What percentage can we say is genetic? Is it really necessary to use so many skincare products, more than 10 different ones?
I want to have good skin, but is skin completely genetic? I have skin without acne, but it's very oily, with blackheads, and somewhat uneven.
From what I've researched so far here on the org site, isotretinoin and tretinoin are what people recommend, but is that enough? Even for someone who doesn't have acne? Just uneven, dull skin?
