Under eye support is by far the biggest thing though, fix that and you are good but your short face will always failo as you no matter what, rounded face, rounded short chin thats the ultimate ethnic trait. A tallish square chin, a tall ramus and a square or rectangle face are ideal.
I don't have hollow under eyes like you, i'd get fat grafts and see what's up.

At least in South Asia yes almost every curry I have seen here has a rounded jawline with a short chin sometimes square most of the times rounded as well with horrible orbitals
