I can’t tell how much of what I’m seeing is body dysmorphia and how much is me being genuinely unattractive. I can’t even pinpoint what exactly makes me so ugly, but to myself I genuinely feel like an eyesore.

What I’m trying to figure out is whether I’m actually ugly or just mentally inflating flaws, what my realistic potential is with softmaxing, and what my worst flaws are. I’m also planning to hardmax some things in the future, specifically genioplasty and rhinoplasty. Are those actually the issue, or am I focusing on the wrong things?

Do I have any major failos that cap my rating? Would dropping to lower body fat realistically change my face much? What are the best softmaxes I could start right now? Are there any essential supplements I’m missing?

I hate how I look unfrauded. I only feel somewhat confident in good lighting or with good angles. Despite that, I do get compliments and I’ve been approached by girls, which doesn’t line up at all with how I see myself. Even so, I can’t place myself above sub-5, and I usually assume people are just being polite or acting on impulse.

Stats:
I’m 185 cm, 74 kg, 16 years old, and likely slightly under 20% body fat.

Right now, I train 5x a week, average 10k steps daily, and I’m cutting down to around 12–15% body fat. I’m working on clearing my skin (currently purging from retinol). Supplements: magnesium, ashwagandha, zinc, creatine, D3 + K2, and beta carotene. I’m also planning to tan once it gets warmer.

I need some genuine advice. Point out flaws, give solutions or suggestions anything is appreciated.

Natural lighting reminds me of orb, if only you had a good lower third

yes surgery, nocturnal kent method, he fixes lower third
so something like sarpe, a genioplasty and maybe chin impants
I know I can’t change bone right now, but is there still some potential to improve before I get surgeries?

Bad lower third but you can try and cope with finding a better hairstyle to fit your head shape and clearing up your skin
