Following and embodying the local culture and customs of where they grew up better than anyone else. And never leaving that place/comfort zone.

Sometimes you can be a leader somewhere else by embodying a more broadly understood archetype i.e. if you were a hs football star in Texas, you could move to Chicago for university and become the popular leader by excelling in football there. If you grew up Kpop star maxxed in Korea you could probably move to Japan and become popular there. But usually this isnt going to cross national/regional boundaries into completely other cultures. Most leader archetypes (like frat bro leaders for example) in America dont do well in Europe, and could you even imagine them trying to make friends in Russia? We saw this when Clavicular went to Europe.

Of course it's hard to tell how much of this is jealousy and resentment from the new group; they're intentionally shunning you because they wont accept you being better than them. The psychology of what makes people accept you as their leader is perhaps a whole other game. But as a general rule I have yet to witness some rogue sigma who just becomes an instant leader across all contexts wherever you drop them in the world. Tho I suppose height kind of does it, tho a lot of short/average men wont accept a tall guy being over them just cause they're tall. So tall dudes end up just leading a harem of women, and having a couple tall friends that tag along for the bitches.

Then again, what other objective does a "group of men" have than farming bitches? Why do male groups form and hold together in 2026? We dont need each other to hunt or something, and we're all in competition with each other for women out in the open market. Older men form groups because society has moved on from them and they literally have no one else. So I guess young men form groups to acquire money/fiat paper together, and to project status that will help them get bitches in their personal goings about. Like having Insta photos of you partying with your group. And then everyone, men and women, use those photos, and the general aura of having an "active social life" to boost status with anyone they come across

Whether they take on a proactive or passive approach to their own life. This is influenced by athleticism (both physically and body language/motor skills), NT, and whether they gained positive reinforcement or fell victim to learned helplessness
