Skull size is also a very important aesthetic standard across all of Asia, the same way with "tall nose" is a big aesthetic standard in Asia. In the west the concept is wired.

Puberty hits people differently early on(ie sub 25).

In his case, he had a lot of baby fat still, and bit androgenous soft features, short mid face high set eyes, softer jaw angles.
