What makes something a farmers market

Eggs are almost always safe to eat raw! same for muscle meat and milk(raw), For the muscle meat if you wanna be extra safe about the toxicity ask em if it was given antibiotics or not!

The stuff they eat does not matter bro, You can eat grainfed meat raw without any issues.

Yeah plenty of times, Although I don't really always eat only them I cheat alot, tbh it gets quite boring eating only raw natural foods.

Generally better than groceries but they still contain preservatives and stuff. Unless it specifically says organic most farming practices make use of pesticides, chemicals etc but at the farmers market you get them for cheaper and you can buy in bulk.

Tbh man I just get meat from regular supermarkets, most are usually grass fed and antibiotic free already, But if you really wanna play it safe I recommend asking them as there could be a possibility of something happening. Nothing happened to me tho ate raw muscle meat countless times, Of course this is just anecdotal evidence!

We have farmers' markets in my country, but they are mostly a scam - just gypsies cosplaying as farmers selling the same stuff you can find in supermarkets but at a higher price...
