Prominent brow ridge and projected infras. This gives the eyes their hooded look - associated with high dimorphism too.

Wider midfaces tend to develop wider eye openings to stay in proportion. The cheekbones press upwards and outwards laterally, making the eyeballs deeper set in the skull, giving the brow ridge more coverage. The outer canthi literally get squeezed out laterally as the midface develops forward, as they are attached with ligamenets on the whitnail's tubercle on the cheekbones. All of this contributes to a more horizontal, compact eye shape.

However, even with perfect midface development you can still have a less compact-looking eye area because of a too large eye orbit shape, poor eyebrows, and lack of orbital fat. For instance, despite her great facial development (Great midface ratio of 1.12, probably higher because of the head rotation in the picture I used), Taylor Hill in your example is actually known to have pretty dark under eyes, probably caused by lack of fat. (Not to say that she has a poor eye area overall, of course)
