The reason most people don't suit implants is they are at too high body fat. Angle fillers and implants only make a jaw look more sharp and better if the person is sub ~15% body fat.

The vast, great majority of the population is not lean, I'd estimate the avg. man is ~25-30% and the average woman is 25-35%.

Aside from the obvious stuff like High Bf% and shit design. The way the soft tissues sit on top of the implant is also a deciding factor,Soft tissue is unpredictable but some surgeons have simulations that can predict it with decent accuracy

It's a design shape. Round implant = bloated look. Bell-shaped implant = angular look. You want the masseter muscle to sit in teh "pocket" formed by teh outward gonions.
