High PFL compared to PFH, color small halo, but it’s mostly the PFL to PFH ratio along with neutral canthal tilt which is the best for men with high PFL. His eyes are good but slightly uncanny. He has a lot of UEE and high set eyebrows which diminish the nearly perfect shape of his eyes. IMO the UEE doesn’t drag him down but his really high eyebrows do. It’s like everything about him is masc except the eyebrows. Gives a Cobain sort of look.
