i don't think it's explainable really
though, i had an artist friend who used to draw faces really well, he used to change the littlest things and suddenly the obvious man looked like a woman with a slightly wider jaw, it was crazy
so maybe watch an art tutorial video on how to draw women vs men in realistic ways

Testosterone will develop male characteristics during developmental phase like browridge, jaw, cheekbones, skull size, hand size, height, collarbones, scalpula, hips, and clavicles.

There’s also chromosomes, but it’s mainly puberty that changes you. For trannies it depends on how much they got raped by testosterone

It's actually in the eyes. We are incredibly sensitive to slight variations in depth there. Those variations are one structural sex indicator. Soft sex indicators are the eyelashes which are slightly different.
It goes
1. depth of browridge
2. a special part of bone between the eyes
3. soft sex indicators

If the image has little detail, like its a stick figure or anime, the soft sex indicators are relied on. That's why if you draw a cartoonish face, and then add little flicks to the corners of where you have drawn the eyes, men suddenly are attracted to the drawing. I

Guys here's something interesting. Ask yourself how it is you can tell these eyes belong to woman and not a man. Ask yourself how you know what sex a child is by their face. Children's gonads aren't active, so no sex hormones can explain that.

How can you tell these eyes are a woman's? There's no hairline to inspect and all you can see are the orbits and the hair of them. Therefore the 3 things that I listed are how we tell men from women.

This is a topic for a whole thread. Mister Mercedes did make a thread eye area, male vs female, but it's not good enough to satisfy the curiosity of OP.

OP if you take anything away from my post, it's that your sex is indicated by your eyes, and very subtly in the orbital depth. Besides that it's aided by sexual dimorphism and hairline and hair texture. But principally it's in the eyes.

That's because we have evolved to notice the slight variations in chromosomal bone structure that makes itself apparent in the orbits. There are differences with that structure that are apparent in even pubertal children.

However, there are some cases where the orbital depth is incongruent with his sex and if he takes puberty blockers, he can be virtually indistinguishable from a woman.

There was a funny moment in FACE's seven-hour livestream years ago that shows how sometimes, there are freaks of nature. Women who have male orbital depth and men who do not and who look that believable because they stopped male puberty. Crazy!
