What makes your height? What can i do at 18yo and what can i expect for?

Is it mostly genes of your father and mother + non-starving (no superior nutrition, just normal one)?
Is it random recombination of your ancestors's genes (for example, your father and mother aren't tall, but your grandfather was and that's why you're too)?
Or its growth hormone in food which made so many people tall nowadays?

I dont understand, i cant cope with my 182-183 cm because its average, not-tall height. Yes, my mother is short and her grandfather too, but my father is 182 cm and his grandfather was tall. I always ate better, because i didnt visit McDonalds etc shit as much as other people etc etc, but now i suspect that it actually made me lack that growth hormone from modern food and im not tall now.

Mother - 160, father - 182. Didnt do much physical activity, btw, maybe when i was in 1-4 grades and some calisthenics in 8-10

I drank alcohol properly (not just a few sips my dad gave me to try) at around 15, then started drinking regularly every week at 16-17, smoked weed twice in my life, both at 16.

count yourself lucky. My mother is 170 centimeters and my father is 193 centimeters and I only grew to be 182 centimeters, so did my full blooded brother. And no, mother didn't cheat. We both look too similar to father for that to have been the case

count yourself lucky. My mother is 170 centimeters and my father is 193 centimeters and I only grew to be 182 centimeters, so did my full blooded brother. And no, mother didn't cheat. We both look too similar to father for that to have been the case

6ft is above average in 98% of all countries. You might consider MK677 or HGH + posturemaxxing and maybe you can squeeze an extra inch.

this can start prenatally, depends on how healthy your mom is, how much she eats, does she smoke or drink? etc
postnataly there are tons of factors that play into it, social conditions, nutrition, nutrional deficienies, physical as welll as mental stress, hormone levels probably (hgh and igf1 levels would affect growth positively, low androgen levels would kill bone growth in androgen receptor dense areas (such as shoulders and shit))), honestly too much shit to even mention and its an area filled with constant contradictory studies being done

Not really. I was at the city centre yesterday and i saw so many people (even females) taller than me, and a lot of them were the same age as me or ~my age.
Yes, face is more important, but height can help you with compensating it. I do have gf, but considering i know all the harsh truth about biology a.k.a. Red and Black pills, i understand my face isnt enough and my body and height cant compensate it to make me feel kinda safe about myself.

That is just not true come on. 6ft tall is a great height and at your age you could still do one more inch. 6'1 is imo perfect height. I am from one of the tallest countries on the planet and even here the average is 181cm. In America you are heightmogging the vast majority of people already.

I was basically consuming no more than 10g protein a day on average for 15 years straight with my diet consisting of junk food and fast absorbing carbs. I was fat and bloated and severely malnutrioned, including early signs of "kwashiorkor", which 3rd world black children get and develop big bloated bellys, due to low amount of protein. I also I've been a basement dweller gamer for majority of my life up till 2 years ago with little to no physical activity.

All I'm trying to say I basically did everything to not grow, yet I did. I either got super fucking lucky, or it's really 100% genetic related and diet has very little to do with it.

Thanks. We'll probably never know for sure if diet affects your growth, i mean, how much it can affect. What i really understood that you can use diet for whatever you want to but not for height gains, probably.

Fuck it, i didnt drink shop milk for years because i thought its unhealthy. I would try to drink it now but seems like i wont grow from it now.

Well I never drank milk either but cheese is the staple of EE diet. You can drink milk with protein powder, it tastes better but I doubt you could get any height gains from that.

I'd try mk677 + posturemaxing.

I actually had a 6 cm growth spurt 2 years ago at age 21, basically 1 year after I started eating properly and watching all my macros and micros. I can't imagine where I would be if I didn't fuck up so bad.

yeah some amount of growth catchup often occurs after periods of surpressed growth, though often as much as you would have had you been eating properly. at 21 too thats insane to grow then tbh you really fucked up
but honestly above 2m starts gettting into freak territory kinda quickly, how is your frame?

It's about dominant and recessive alleles. Your parents can have the right recombination of alleles that you become tall and they're short. Then after that it's nutrition.

Ex: my mom is 5'4 and my dad is 5'9. I ended up nearly 6'3, but I had really tall great uncles and had optimal diet growing up

I think it's mostly from your parents. My father is 5'7 and my mom is 5'7. I'm 5'11 so mostly got height from my mom, my other siblings are mostly short and got it from my dad. I think drinking a lot of milk might have made me grow taller than I would have otherwise

mum is 5"3 dad 5"9 im 6"1, brother 6"4, cousins 6" - 6"5, mums brothers are all 6 ft +, dads uncle is 6"7.

Tall family, just my dad grew up poor bad nutrition etc stunted his growth.

Pretty sure its mostly genetics.
