Confidence has to be built on something tangible, especially for men. True confidence is actually really important to success in every aspect of life and it should be something you always work on.

What male confidence is based on:

• Fighting ability. Easily the most important one, ofc it helps being physically imposing but MMA (especially BBJ), boxing, knowing how to shoot a gun, throw a knife, etc are the great equalizers in terms of your ability to fight/defend yourself from other men.
• Intelligence. Really important one, not just IQ but a deep, wide knowledge of a varied range of fields (read books boyos). Being redpilled/blackpilled gives you a huge advantage in life, as you'll know what is actually happening in most social situations.
• LMS. Obviously.
• Past successes. Especially when they required hard work and pushed you to the limit. You'll know that if you really want something, you can outwork anyone to get it.

fighting really does help with confidence it is no joke. try learn how to fight and then when you go to clubs push into people or if they slightly nudge into you tell them to come outside. then just beat them up. i have long hair and i’m skinny so i get underestimated so it’s easy for me to get into fights
