What mames me ugly? What surgeries do I need?

I don't know much about facial features in terms of goes into making some unattractive so if you could just point that out and suggest surgeries to fix those flaws that'd be great. I mean aside from the big forehead which is obvious and I'm assuming that's what stands out at first glance but I'm sure there's more to it.

Not ugly, probably a 5.5/10, chin is round and not very angular, and your eye area is definelty weak, almost good eyes but theres something off, idrk all the autistic tehcnial terms and surgeries tho.

his real issue is his narrow lower third and very narrow mouth.

your forehead isn't great ngl OP, migh be heading to nw2 idk. but i mean it will look more balanced with a better, stronger lower third.

Idk might be that I had just woken up in the morning in that pic so eyes look off. I do they make me look autistic in general though

The problem with your eyes is the asymmetry. Your left eye is good whilst your right eye could do with lower eyelid retraction.

Your mouth is narrow which you can improve with a mouth widening appliance

Also your jaw is pretty narrow. You could get jaw implants to improve

Overall you are not ugly, you are pretty average with a decent base to improve

Your pencil neck and physique are the problem, and your nose is very big, but I don't think a rhinoplasty would be beneficial in your situation. Just work on getting a thicker neck and a more muscular physique and that should be enough imo.
