people who post quality content will get reps no matter what but you will always get more with interactions with "interesting" AVIs and positive rep ratios especially when shit posting. Someone with just 500 posts and 400 reps with a Jordan or night stalker avi is going to get zero reps compared to you shit posting the same thing
