Midface disgustingly short, to an excessive degree, longer one would make me ascend.
Hear that lower set maxilla lengthens midface but also worsens eye area, another weak point for me.
To get the positive effects of a high set maxilla on the eye area, while lowering maxilla position to lengthen midface would it be better for front of maxilla to be tilted downwards with the back of it being tilted up or staying the way it is? Or would the opposite be good, back of maxilla tilted downwards and front of maxilla being tilted upwards?
What will both of these positions achieve, and which one is better? Is there a way to lengthen midface while not worsening eye area?
