What meal plan can I eat to consume 5,000 calories a day as an ectomorph?

height: 5'11. weight: 138.6 lbs. age: 22

goal: 175 lbs. Then hit the gym from then I'd be looking at good work out regimens. Don't bs me please, I need a serious meal plan along with pricing and how many meals I should be eating a day or so on and so forth. If I have to cook it so be it. Any solid advice?

? 175 on the BMI scale is a healthy weight for my height and age. Do you not know the basics? being a fat ass for me would be about 180lbs. Since I'm an ectomorph, I doubt even if I reached 175 that id stay that weight during maintenance. Id most likely linger on a high 160 which is also fine. First I feel like I need to eat correctly and master that if anything.

175 is a good goal but you must start lifting weights as you first start bulking.

I'm sure with the correct information, (Which you can't provide) face fat would be non existent.

ive heard of many dudes who "bulked up" before gyming and they just became fat and it didnt help at all

175 is a good goal but you must start lifting weights as you first start bulking.
So right at the start start lifting? So basically get the meal plan and start working out right away it seems?

Liquid calories (orange juice, lactose free milk: fairlife brand, pour olive oil on all your meals: 120 cals/tbsp)

Cereal is extremely easy to pound in a lot of calories since it gets soggy from milk, and can practically drink it.

Burgers, pizza, fast food, poptarts. Feel like you're overthinking this my guy. There's a reason we have an obesity epedemic go eat

just lean bulk

eat as muych protien is you can, its not about being fat, your body just needs enough constant and constistent protein in order to build muscle

eat protein as often as you can, you dont need to dirty bulk, esp without even lifting
 
You dont need to eat 5k calories to get to that weight

Lol. I tired a self regimen of 4 beef patties a day 480cals each, along with 2 mango banana smoothies from Wawa 720 calories each while working a physically demanding job. I was doing alright, even reached 148 lbs. Only thing that stopped me was my Gf telling me my semen started tasting acidic so I dropped it, must've been the meat in the patties or the heavy consumption of dairy. So I thought to myself "How tf can I eat healthier." That plan also made $160 stretch for 2 weeks.
