What mg of isotretinoin should I get??

I want to shrink my big fat fucking nose but idk what to buy, if I get 40 mg it’ll be cheaper in the long run but last time I heard you are supposed to take isotret daily, so which is it ??? Either I can do 20mg daily for almost 2 years, 30mg for a year something or 40mg for 264 days

A little bit, nothing major.

I’ve did all of the topical treatments with my derm and they didn’t help. I stopped going since I don’t have insurance anymore.

I’m doing this solely for my fat nose, I have sebaceous filaments also. Only one in my family whose nose is huge.

All it does is thin your skin, by that it also thins your nose, but because its oral, it's not gonna only thin the skin in your nose area, try Hydrocortisone for 1 month and see if you see changes, even the slightess.
If it doesnt switch to accutane and pray gandy it works

orrrr u could js save money and get a rhino when ur older

I would’ve considered rhino if it was bones but I think it’s js weird fat or something elsestored around, my family has similar nose shape but way slimmer than mines. Mine is disgustingly fat idk why
