What microneedling device aside from derminator

doesn't cause micro tears while moving it . I know Dr Pen is famous but which model is the best. Derminator website isnt working, unresponsive all the time.
I currently use MyM chinese knockoff but I am extra careful with it moving it slowly or not at all , it didn't cause any visible damage so far....
