I see health creators rant about hitting micro nutrient goals all the time but there’s no way they are all necessary. I’ve seen people say diets like the carnivore diet are bad due to micronutrient deficiency and such.

Anyways the question is which micronutrients do i actually need to prioritize / supplement to have a relatively good diet?

Plan right now is to just go for a high protein breakfast, eggs and beef (all grass fed natural shit) then a protein bar during the day and some sort of meat for dinner. Drinking is just water and some energy drinks (I will never cut those)

I do carbs on carbs off. 1 day I eat as much carbs as possible, then the day after, no carbs. By as much carbs as possible, I mean a SHIT ton. heres the rule: if your shit is hard/ medium hard, then ur eating well.

Also carbs are a macro nutrient not a micro nutrient

What kind of things do you eat that are all natural?

First of all, my parents grow like 50% of foods we eat. The only things we don't buy that we eat are meats and eggs. whole bread, organic vegetables and fruits. No sweets, or junk food.

Hyper loading carbs every other day is not making you lean, it’s spiking your water retention and doing the opposite

no vegetables that are grown today exist in nature, bread doesn't exist in nature (Or the wheat to make it) and fruits are very different from their natural versions, they are much sweeter now

Makes sense yeah, but it doesnt affect me. It for me acutally reduces bloat. Eat minimal salt, add pink salt too.
To get the lowest water retention the general advice is to consume alternating schedules of water to salt.

So day one drink 2.7L water and 700mg of sodium, day 2 you drink 3L of water and 1000mg of sodium, day 3 you drink 3.3L of water and 1300mg of sodium.

This way your body doesn’t adjust and raise water retention again. Also eat low carbs and high potassium, but those you don’t alternate since they have a less direct effect. Carbs are good for short term like before a lift when the excess energy is going to be burned but you don’t want to be loading up on them.

I get you, but i recognize my brain isn’t fully developed to understand all this shit yet. I try to keep things as simple as possible, therefore my routine. If you could give some tips on it i’d appreciate it.

Just focus on macro nutrients, protien fat cabrs

So I should I supplement these and then just eat with a focus on high protein, low carbs, and low sodium?
Yes. Also taurine I added because it saved my life. Been having constant blood pressure reading 180/90 a lot and with taurine, it’s not even saturated I’ve been doing it for 2 days and my bp dropped to 150/77, still not healthy but it’s improving, will probably go to normal when I fix my taurine deficiency and it saturates and it’s also really good for full body homeostasis (skin, nails, hair blah blah blah) if you dk what homestasis is then get to know it

Idk unless ur rly malnourished or a drug addict/alcoholic u shouldn't have a problem with micronutrients if u live in the west. If ur sweating all day on DNP though id be concerned about all electrolytes. Allot of people are low on magnesium so id supp that one specifically even when not taking DNP (only natural supp I ever noticed anything from).
