Im heading off to college soon and I want to know what micronutrients I should plan my diet around. Im aware of the basics surrounding macronutrients; I try to get 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight and I make sure to get at least some fibers in so im not shitting myself all the time. What should I know about micronutrients and antioxidants?
