Depends.
Stubble elevates me personally. (Pale-to-olive skin med pheno) Others it doesn't.

There's studies that show a light stubble is considered the most attractive on men on average.
Having said that:

Make damn sure that when you grow a stubble you are collagenmaxxed at the same time. Stubble+wrinkles combo ages you badly.
