What moisturizer do yall use? (Currently using tallow + beeswax)

Need help. I know taking beef tallow is probably retarded, so I’m looking to swap to something else.
-Tried gentle moisturizer by Cerave, broke out like CRAZY with insane irritation.
-Scared of getting off tallow and breaking out again

What do you guys use?

Shit mogs hard, but true moisturising comes from within.
I drink 3-4 litres daily.

Also, I use a dry oil spray before putting on moisturiser. Always wet face beforehand.

Cera ve lotion + cicaplast b5 baume. The cicaplast does break me out somewhat, but I am not on accutane. And have dry ass skin without the cicaplast. Need to use it everyday as I have eczema. Cicaplast is for skin barrier repair.
