What moisturizer to use?

No cerave and preferably not $50 per ml.
Or does ts just not matter at all
Btw im using bakuchiol
 
It has negative effect on hormones
Some of their products do contain phthalates apparently but seeing as it doesn’t have to be listed on the ingredient list it’s hard to tell which products are free from it

Yeah thats why id rather not take the risk. Or do you think it dont matter

I’d say if you can find a moisturiser that’s labelled phthalate free go for that but I’m struggling to find one tbh. There seems to conflicting info on phthalate tho, some studies say it’s harmful others say it’s fine with low exposure

Yea from what I know long term or heavy use can have bad effects. But then again maybe ill just take the cerave bc theres not much else yh

Seeing as cerave is fragrance free and the ingredient list is clear, the normal formulas might be ok. Idk for certain tho
