What more can i truly do for my skin?

i have pretty bad hormonal acne and im doing basically everything for it, im 15 i have a pin perfect diet, use basic skin care, follow normal facial hygiene and im on an anti-biotic course with lymecycline on week 4 out of my 9 week course, ive seen no improvements so far, ive thought of including clindamycin + benzoyl peroxide gel with my medicine cycle cuz i heard it can be more effective and i have a spare tube from past failed treatment. the only thing the lymecycline acc done to me is ruin my apatite. im tempted to attempt to ditch the course and try get my hands on Accutane but its a little difficult with my situation and i worry for the consequences of hopping off an anti biotic mid treatment, any tips?

stay on antibiotics until treatment is over, theres complications to just stopping antibiotic treatment without complete the full thing. then afterwards hop on accutane as its the only way to fix hormonal acne

Don’t overcomplicate acne with endless products. if it’s genuinely hormonal, no cream is going to fix what’s causing it. i’d keep the routine simple, sort your diet if it isn’t already, finish the antibiotics properly, then reassess instead of changing five things at once.

doesnt look as bad i guess in the lighting with my screen but it gets alot worse with inflammation after eating, and i havent ate in a while. thats all of it btw, just that side cuz its on my cheek on that side and not the other

Just accutane gng,no other way,stop everything and take it

you reckon it'd be ok to start accutane within a week of hopping off the antibiotics
