There are so many rhinoplasty techniques
Only you can't do is shorten tall nose but maybe someone will develop new technique

If i was younger i would self install it. But im afraid my bones are too thick and im not going to split the suture. Im seriously considering purchasing it and having some redpilled dentist put it on me with a ton of cortical punctures, just the extra airways alone is worthed.
